MAGNUM is an innovative system for creating vespes, aerated floors and interstice, ideal for various applications in construction. Featuring square elements with dimensions of 71 x 71 cm, MAGNUM offers a versatile interlocking system that allows the modular superposition of the elements, ensuring a safe laying during casting thanks to its safety interlocking.

Each module has directional arrows and a mounting diagram to indicate the correct direction of installation. With MAGNUM you get a safe pedestrian platform on which to run the concrete casting, ideal for new constructions or renovations of civil and industrial buildings.

Thanks to its spherical shell shape, MAGNUM allows the structure to be worked in arc, guaranteeing maximum mechanical strength with minimum concrete thickness and ensuring a considerable saving in materials. The spherical shape of the shell makes it possible to easily identify the section of minimum thickness of the concrete, allowing the realization of contraction joints for the control of the cracks from withdrawal.

MAGNUM can withstand a load of 150 kg, meeting the minimum limit provided by Italian legislation to ensure the safety of people walking on it.

The available sizes for MAGNUM are: cm 60, 65, 70 and 75.

MAGNUM is a reliable and versatile solution for the construction of floors in a wide range of building contexts. Its laying on a thin concrete substrate, with a suitable thickness according to the specific requirements of the application, ensures a solid and resistant base.

Once a suitable welded mesh is laid, during the casting of concrete pillars are formed that help to support the floor. These pillars, once matured, ensure the uniform distribution of loads on the surface, increasing the overall strength of the floor.

Thanks to its robustness and load distribution characteristics, MAGNUM, the floor slab, is used in a wide range of projects, ranging from new construction to renovation work in both civil and industrial sectors.     Application of the Magnum Wasp

    The MAGNUM panel interlocking system guarantees a quick and intuitive installation. Just follow the sequence from top to bottom and left to right, completing one row at a time. The directional arrows on the element provide a clear visual reference, pointing one up and one to the right for correct arrangement (see illustration).

    Preparation of the rolled gravel base.

    Construction of the concrete underlay in lean, with a thickness varying according to the overloads and the soil load.

    Positioning of the reinforcement iron for the foundation beams.

    Creation of the ventilation holes (for a correct operation we recommend the creation of a hole of Ø 125 mm every 3/4 ml, with low entry in the north and high exit in the south) and possible placement of pipes.

    Installation of the FERMOplast accessory (in case of single casting of foundation beams and slab).

    Installation of waste casings in recycled polypropylene.

    Installation of welded mesh.

    Execution of the concrete casting to make a hood of variable thickness depending on the use of the work.
