Vespaio Svelto AIR is a disposable formwork, made of recycled PP, used for the construction of perforated floors for the distribution of air in composting plants, Waste treatment, bio filtration or storage for the maturing and preservation of food products.

Vespaio Svelto AIR is available in 3 different heights and has 5 nozzles (on request the number of nozzles can be reduced). With Vespaio Svelto AIR you can make a perforated insole of 7 cm.

With Vespaio Svelto AIR you guarantee a homogeneous diffusion of the air on all the pavement.

The Svelto Air, made of recycled polypropylene, is a versatile and innovative solution for the construction of vaulting, interstice, and ventilated floors, perfectly adapting to any type of building project, both new and in renovation.

Designed with a square design (size 56 56), the Svelto Air offers a modular interlocking system that allows easy and quick installation on a concrete substrate.

After the installation of the welded mesh and the casting of concrete, Svelto Air forms pillars that ensure the strength of the floor, distributing the loads evenly over the entire surface. If required, the system can be easily shaped and completed with FERMOPLAST attachment, which ensures optimal closure and minimizes waste during concrete casting.

The structure of the Svelto Air creates an air space under the floor of the ground floor, ensuring effective ventilation and improving the comfort of the interior. It also acts as a barrier against moisture rising from the ground and prevents the accumulation of radon gas, thus ensuring a waterproof and safe floor.

Thanks to its hollow shape, the Svelto Air allows easy passage of underground plants and technological networks in all directions, simplifying inspections and possible future modifications. It is also suitable for use in seismic zones: by connecting the welded grid to perimeter beams, it offers greater strength and stability to the entire building structure.

    Methods of Installation for Lost Formwork

    The Svelto Air’s interlocking system is designed for quick and easy installation. The elements are positioned from top to bottom and from left to right, completing one row at a time. It is important to orient the directional arrows on each element upwards and to the left, as shown in the reference image.

    Preparation of the rolled gravel

    Positioning of the reinforcement iron for the foundation beams

    Creation of the ventilation holes (for a correct operation we recommend the creation of a hole of Ø 125 mm every 3/4 ml, with low entry in the north and high exit in the south) and possible placement of pipes.

    Installation of the FERMOplast accessory (in case of single casting of foundation beams and slab).

    Installation of waste casings in recycled polypropylene.
