Easy-light

Easy-light offers a fast and efficient solution to address the weight challenges of bi-directional plate. The individual components of Easy-light can be easily assembled, both on site and possibly pre-assembled in the factory, to create a module of lightening called “panel”.

This panel is easy to assemble, precise and automatically ensures the covering of the irons and the correct spacing of the reinforcement layers.

The Easy-light slab lightening system is available in two sizes, 40×40 and 50×50, allowing the creation of lightening panels with differentiated bases.

This feature offers the flexibility to create areas with reinforced ribs near the pillars, reducing or eliminating the need for additional reinforcement in the ribs.

    Laying and casting of a low-plate floor

    Place the lower reinforcement on spacers as per project

    Place the lightening panels on the lower reinforcement according to the indications given on the design tables and the identification code given on the panels.

    Tie the panels to the lower reinforcement

    Place the upper reinforcement according to design specifications directly on the module assembly bars

    Make the first stage of casting, relative to the sole lower, affecting the ribs in height for about 1|2cm.

    Carry out the second phase of casting by completing the section of the slab lightened at the beginning of the first phase of casting.
